Project Scope and Objectives
Silver Palms RV Resort, a project by Sunland RV Resorts, differs from typical vacation-only resorts by offering RV sites and resort park models for sale. The primary goal of this project was to attract potential buyers to the property, encourage them to contact the front desk for stays, and provide information on purchasing options.
Website Development and Maintenance
I was responsible for building and maintaining the resort’s website. The site was designed to:
- Showcase the property to potential buyers.
- Custom build on the WordPress CMS platform
- Provide detailed information about available RV sites and park models.
- Facilitate easy contact with the front desk staff for inquiries and bookings.
Communication Workflow
To ensure efficient and effective communication with potential customers, I implemented a detailed workflow:
- Form Submission: Each form entry was automatically added to the resort’s CRM database.
- Confirmation Email: Potential customers received an email confirming their form submission.
- Follow-Up: A reminder email was sent two weeks later to maintain their interest and encourage further engagement.
This comprehensive approach ensured that potential buyers were well-informed and consistently engaged, increasing the likelihood of converting inquiries into sales.
